Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dikadreams, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent process for all participants in our Spot the Ball competition and lottery. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations are applicable.

1.1 Technical Errors: Refunds will be issued in the event of technical errors on our platform that prevent successful entry into the competition or lottery. Examples include:

  • Payment processing failures resulting in incomplete transactions.
  • Website malfunctions preventing entry submission.

1.2 Duplicate Entries: If a participant accidentally submits duplicate entries for the same competition, they may request a refund for the duplicate entry within 14 days of the transaction.

1.3 Cancellations by Dikadreams: If Dikadreams cancels a competition or lottery for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their entry fees.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or invalid entries submitted by participants.
  • Change of mind after submitting an entry.
  • Failure to claim a prize within the specified time frame.

Disqualification due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Request Submission: Participants must submit refund requests via email to support@dikadreams.com, providing the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for registration
  • Transaction ID or proof of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

3.2 Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3.3 Notification: Participants will be notified via email about the status of their refund request.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 User-Initiated Cancellations: Once an entry is submitted and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted except under the eligible refund conditions specified in Section 1.

4.2 Dikadreams-Initiated Cancellations: In the event Dikadreams cancels a competition or lottery, all affected participants will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded in full.
